For Users

Users need to provide authentic and complete information about them. Users are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of their id and password. Our agreement to you as a customer

We agree to provide suitably qualified experts to undertake your order. We will exercise all reasonable skills and judgements in allocating experts for your work. We will complete the assignment and deliver the solution in your inbox before the deadline. This is our policy of Completion. Once the expert has been decided on and allocated, and payment is obtained from the customer, the order would be sealed and there would be no refunds on the same. We can accommodate the requests for amendment in the work once the order has been allocated to the expert, only if we think it is necessary and if the amendments are not in conflict with the previous order. If the additional information provided after full payment or a deposit has been made and this information is in conflict with the details contained in the original Order specification, we may, either submit a new quote to you for the changed specification or reallocate the Order to a different expert. New time of delivery will then be decided upon. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any stage if there are undue complications and in case that happens, you will be refunded your full amount paid to us initially. You as a customer will have remedies available with you if you are not satisfied with the work. You as a customer cannot contact our experts directly. We will act as an intermediary. The agreement commences once expert and customer are finalised to take the order and payment is made. Unless terminated by either party, the terms of the agreement will continue till the job is completed.

Outstanding Balance

If you as a customer pay a deposit and you agree to pay the balance at least 24 hours prior to the time when the order is due; and thereafter do not pay in accordance to the stated term, we have a right to hold on or delay the delivery of the work order.

Right and detailed information

You as a customer need to provide all the necessary details, information and guidance. If you delay giving us required information, the delivery of completed work will be delayed and in such cases policy of completion of work on time will not apply and we will not be responsible for any losses. In case the experts need confirmation or any particular detail about the work order, we would be contacting you by using the email address or phone number given to us and we would consider the reply/instruction received generated from you.

Guarantee to deliver work on time

We take the guarantee of delivering every work before the midnight of the due date. If we are unable to complete the work in time the customer will be refunded the amount paid in full and the work will be delivered to the customer for free. We, however will not be responsible for late delivery if it is caused by any technical snag due to third parties like mail account providers, hosting providers, internet service providers, database software or Incompatible format. We will provide proof of uploading the work on time on request.

In case of non - delivery

On your part you can contact us immediately if the work is not delivered on time. If you wait longer to inform , you will do so at your own risk. If you fail to pay an outstanding balance in relation to the delivery or if you fail to provide us with extra information that is necessary for the completion of the work , in both these cases we will not be liable for any kind of loss you suffer due to non- delivery of completed work. If the fault of non-delivery lies with us, we will compensate you and will provide you with the reasons for the non-completion.

No Plagiarism Guarantee

We provide you plagiarism free work. If you detect plagiarism in our work, send it back to us, we will refund double the amount you paid to us in the first place. Passing off someone else’s work as one’s own is plagiarism. Rewording the original idea without giving due credit is plagiarism. When there is confusion as to whether the work delivered to you constitutes Plagiarism or not, we will review the Work carefully and our decision will be final. In case if the alleged plagiarism is minor or not obvious, plagiarism guarantee will not be applicable.

The customer/user agrees not to share the details provided by us at any stage of our dealings with him or her with any third party.

Unsatisfied Customers: Amendments to Completed Orders

If the user/customer is unsatisfied with the work and believes that their instructions/specifications were not followed, the user/customer can request us to rework on the order. Such rework, amendment will be done free of charge by the experts if the request is made within the 7 day window post the delivery of initial order. Reworking or amendment of the work will have a new delivery deadline. In case of any confusion or dispute between the expert and user/customer, our quality control team will assess the conflict and their decision will be final.
If a request for rework or amendment is made after 7 days of the delivery of completed work order, a new quote will be sent and the rework or amendment will not be free of charge.


The refund will be made using the same details of the credit or debit card of the user/customer that were used for payment earlier. In case no card was used, we would offer the user/customer a choice on delivering method of refund.

Terms of Payment

If the payment is not made while ordering through the form, we would contact the customer by email for the payment. If part payment is accepted by us from the user/customer, the condition for that would be that the balance payment has to be made before the due date for the delivery of the completed work. Usually the user/customer is expected to pay for their order in advance, fully. We have the right to refuse the work if we are not confident that we would be able to secure an expert and do justice to the work undertaken. If the full payment has been made in advance of securing an expert there can be a possibility that no suitable expert is available for the work, and in that case the work will be refused and the fees will be duly refunded. You will use the resources available on the site at your own risk.
We are not open on general public holidays such as Christmas, New Year etc; any service or support offered by us on a non-working day is entirely at the discretion of our team.
The user/ customer undertake to check their university guidelines and regulations before ordering.

Refund Policy for Assignments

We strive to give you a great customer experience and 100% satisfaction. The refund policy is meant to secure your payments in case of non-receipt of services as promised. Also, when you place an order on our website, we assume that you have read and agree to all the policies stated.

50% refund is done under the following circumstances:

NO Refund:

We do not offer any refund in the following cases:

  • When there is delay in the final delivery of work*** (In such cases, we shall adjust the amount in the next order you place with us)
  • The assignment work is not as per the given specifications and there is no time left for revision. ****
  • When the assignment could not be delivered because of any issue from the client’s side, viz. not sending the complete information regarding the assignments and not answering to the query from the expert on time, refund will not be made. In this case, you can get another assignment done for the same amount paid earlier.

  • If the mutually agreed deadline is less than 48 hours away, the concerned client is entailed to revert back to any related query from our consultation team within 60 minutes, or else the refund shall be non-pertinent.
  • We provide free multiple revisions in case you receive grades not as expected, if there had been some mistakes from the assignment writing experts or any kind of dissatisfaction. However, no refund will be made for the same if there are any issues from the client’s side, viz. not sending the complete information regarding the assignments and not answering to the query from the expert on time.
